Good to Know: ART Milla 2018 with a well-defined structure, balanced acidity, and ripe tannins, promises a memorable tasting experience that lingers on the palate. Don't miss out on the opportunity to savor this exceptional wine!
Experience the ART Milla. Indulge in the exceptional flavors of ART Milla sourced from a limited 5.5 hectare estate in the prestigious DO Ribera del Duero region. The vineyards, strategically planted at high density, promote healthy competition among the vines for nutrients, resulting in concentrated and flavorful fruit. Situated at an altitude of approximately 800 metres, the vineyard's limestone and sandy soils impart a unique character to this exquisite wine.
Crafted from 100% Tinta del País or Tempranillo grapes and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, this wine boasts a deep cherry red hue and a captivating color intensity. The nose reveals rich aromas of ripe red fruits, complemented by hints of toast and spices like pepper. On the palate, the wine offers a delightful blend of fresh fruit flavors and smoky notes from the oak, creating a harmonious and silky texture.
Tr3smano was established by a group of friends with extensive experience in the wine industry. After years of working in various wine regions around the world, they came together with a shared dream: to discover old vineyards in Spain perfect for producing exceptional red wine.
Their vision included creating a winery that harmoniously blended modern oenology techniques with a deep respect for traditional practices. The goal was to craft a wine that transcended mere beverage status to become a true work of art. Each bottle intended to capture a fleeting beauty while securing a lasting place in the annals of Spanish wine history.
Through conversations over glasses of wine, the collaborators gradually saw their dream manifest into reality. Their shared passion for wine bridged any physical distance between them, proving that a good wine has the power to bring friends together across oceans.

Kat WynnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great wine bar. They offer a wide selection of wine & the tapas are delicious. I didn't think I'd enjoy bread with olive oil as much as I did! Gambas, patè & croquettes were also delicious. We went at around 2pm and it was quiet - we just wanted something light and available. I believe they offer a variety of meats that has to be pre ordered? We would love to come back. Also, very good service. Peter LacTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Txanton offers a focused and authentic take on Spanish dining, grounded in its role as a jamonería and its clear respect for quality produce and tradition. At the heart of the menu is the jamón. The jamón tasting menu is particularly impressive, presenting six different varieties that span the full spectrum of cured ham, each one expertly prepared and deeply flavourful. The supporting dishes are equally strong, including excellent gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimps), a rich and comforting arroz cremoso con frutos de mar (seafood creamy rice), and bold chorizo picante a la brasa (spicy chorizo) with smoky depth. Dessert is distinctive and well judged, with the crema de queso (cream cheese) paired beautifully with PX wine, raisins, and a Tempranillo cookie. Service is relaxed and courteous, with staff providing thoughtful recommendations and attentive care throughout. The setting is welcoming and unpretentious, echoing the atmosphere of a traditional Spanish dining room - ideal for sharing plates, conversation, and good wine. Txanton succeeds in delivering a genuine Spanish experience, excelling in its jamón while offering a consistently well-executed menu.
