Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.
A (frozen) baguette with an irregular polka-style scoring to give a rustic look and a stocky shape. Made from wheat sourdough, wheat flour and roasted corn flour which gave it a light colored open crumb inside and golden brown crust on the outside.
