Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.

Good To Know: It is known that the Bibbiano farm is one of the oldest in the Chanti Region which gives the owner a significant ethical responsibility. Wines has been produced in the area for almost two thousand years.
The monks have well taken care of the farm. It is treated as their own, and not a mere income grower.
