Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.
The type of cheese made by Cavallería Nova is from Mahón-Menorca Artesano, which is protected by the DO (Denomination of Origin) Mahón-Menorca. It is a cheese soft in palate and perfect for melting. It has low relative salt content made from raw cow’s milk. In the mouth is smooth and has middle finish. Very suitable for cooking as well.
This cheese is sliced and packed by professionals in-house. Weight might vary up or down by 20 grams.
