The Cavallería Nova Semi-Cured cheese has a relatively short curing time, ranging from 2 to 6 months, resulting in a mild flavor and easy-to-cut texture. It is an excellent cheese to pair with any dish, catering to a wide range of palates. It is a versatile option for both consumption and culinary use, offering a smooth texture and delicate taste that appeals to all palates.
This cheese is sliced and packed by professionals in-house. Weight might vary up or down by 20 grams.
