Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.

Decanting Time: No need. Just open bottle for 15 minutes then serve at 8-10°C. Other sweet wines can be served colder but this one is very complex so less coldness help to catch everything you expect from such a wonderful wine.
Our suggestion for decanting time is based on bottles we tried at Txanton over 2020. We guarantee Txanton stocks are imported and maintained on a proper storage with right temperature and humidity.
