Good to know: Château Saint‑Paul Haut‑Médoc is a Cru Bourgeois estate located in the northern Médoc near Sociando‑Mallet, producing classic Bordeaux blends from 25-year-old vines on gravel-clay soils. Under the guidance of consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt, the vineyard follows sustainable practices, with careful vinification in cement and stainless steel, followed by 12 months in French oak. The wines are medium-bodied and structured, offering notes of blackcurrant, plum, cedar, and spice—perfect for pairing with grilled meats, stews, or aged cheeses. A standout value for lovers of traditional Médoc character.

It was a weekday when we went there so it was not crowded. The interiors were nicely done and an ideal for place to have a good discussion. We love the caviar bar and their cocktail offerings. Food was above average although can still be improved. We had the pork ribs, spicy sausage, pork croquet, and fish triperones(?).
