A company engaged in the importation, distribution and retailing of fine wines, premium foods and exclusive accessories. Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.
CHIMICHURRI
Chimichurri is an uncooked sauce used for cooking and as condiment for grilled meats. Spanish version of the very popular specialty sauce from Argentina and Uruguay. Main ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, forvm vinegar ,red onion, garlic, spicy paprika, cumin, lemon, assorted herbs, salt and pepper.
Good for Vegetarians.
Recommendation from the Chef: once it’s defrosted, open bag and serve. Its a COLD sauce so no need to heat.
This uncooked sauce is packed in a vacuum sealed bag and was frozen to ensure freshness.

HOW TO DEFROST?
Defrost inside the vacuum bag. It’s best to thaw product naturally in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 as it keeps the perfect consistency, texture and taste.
PLEASE strictly do not defrost products in MICROWAVE.
