A company engaged in the importation, distribution and retailing of fine wines, premium foods and exclusive accessories. Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.
COLD WATERMELON BEETROOT SOUP
This is a very refreshing variant of the traditional "Gazpacho" but with some variations in the recipe. Main ingredients: Beetroot, Watermelon, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Raspberry Vinegar and Ginger.
Good for Vegetarians.
Recommendation from the Chef: once it’s defrosted, serve in a cold cup and add some drops of olive oil on top. You can also add half boiled egg sliced/grounded in case you are not vegetarian.
This cooked meal is packed in a vacuum sealed bag and was frozen to ensure freshness.

HOW TO DEFROST?
Defrost inside the vacuum bag. It’s best to thaw product naturally in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours as it keeps the perfect consistency, texture and taste.
PLEASE strictly do not defrost products in MICROWAVE.
