Product Details

Dehesa De Los Llanos - Gran Reserva is an artisan Manchego Denominacion de Origen (D.O.) cheese made with raw milk from the Manchego sheep bred on the Dehesa de Los Llanos estate. It is characterized by its natural rind made up of the cheese itself. It has an intense flavor and aroma with a flaky texture. Cured for at least 9 months.

This artisan cheese is the only manchego that was named the World’s Best Cheese at the World Cheese Awards.

This cheese is sliced and packed by professionals in-house. Weight might vary up or down to 80-100g.

I first visited without notice to scout the venue for a business meeting, and they kindly showed me around. This time, I returned for a private dinner.

Communication via WhatsApp was seamless and friendly, allowing us to pre-order the Gambas al Ajillo and Cochinillo. The Gambas was cooked to perfection with amazing flavor, and the Cochinillo was a masterpiece—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.
