Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.

Good to know: Domaine Economou is one of the most sought after producers of Greece for its artisanal wines. Yiannis Economu, the outstanding wine maker has an oenology degree from Milan. He had years of work in Germany, Bordeaux (Chateau Margaux) and Piedmont under the guidance of Nebbiolo maestros. He then returned to Crete, Greece in 1994 where Domaine Economou is now rooted.

It was a weekday when we went there so it was not crowded. The interiors were nicely done and an ideal for place to have a good discussion. We love the caviar bar and their cocktail offerings. Food was above average although can still be improved. We had the pork ribs, spicy sausage, pork croquet, and fish triperones(?).
