Navarrico onion jam is made with fresh onions. Its taste at the beginning seems to us something unusual and a little strange, but it surprises when the tests. It is ideal to accompany tables of foie, salted canapés, anchovies or cheeses, and especially with sirloins, cheeks or lamb.
