COMPONENTS
Very digestive drink, with a pleasant flavor and reddish tones, made from 100% fresh selected sloes marinated in anise.
ELABORATION
Original and fresh pacharan, 100% authentic pacharan from Navarre. This pacharan is the result of the maceration of fresh sloes in alcohol. Our sloes come mostly from Navarre plantations controlled directly by the Pacharan Navarro Regulatory Council. The alcohol for its part comes from the best quality beet molasses.
This pacharan is made by adding the components based on the traditional recipe of the Belasco Family product.
TASTING NOTES
Deep redin colour with brick red hints. Bright and clean, typical of young drink. Fruity on the nose, with unmistakable aniseed notes.
Its fresh sloe flavour is characteristic of this product and the mixture with the dry aniseed makes the characteristic sweetness of this liqueur go unnoticed, thus becoming a digestive, not at all overly sweet.
