Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.

Good To Know: Giuseppe Cortese winery is taken well care of by a family that has been protecting and enhancing the Barbaresco region since 1971. The winegrowing is a long tradition carried on by the children: Pier Carlo and Tizinia and son-in-law Gabrielle.
The winery has been developing a vineyard with an area of 8 hectares and has been expanding their production range. .
