Spanish tapas place. The iberico tasting experience was excellent as were the cheeses. We also had cochinillos, risotto with foie gras, huevos rotos, scallops. We also had different desserts. My only complaint was that they added honey to the cheese ice cream. Really? Make it even sweeter? Wrong move, imo. Pricey place but good.

It was my first time to try txanton. Speechless. The food is great The drinks are great The ambiance is great The service is extremely good. The cured meats are out of this world. I have never tried this kind of cuisone before. I'm hoping to come back in the future & eat here with my family. 100 out of 100

I wanted a date night and specified small plates, cheese and wine. Hubby delivered with Txanton. We ordered the razor clams, cheese platter, bocadillos with garlic dip and the pulpo. I loved everything except for the razor clams because they were very gritty which brings to mind chewing sand. The cheese platter was excellent with the wine that was recommended. I really liked the bocadillo which looked like fish nuggets but paired well with the garlic dip. I was pleasantly surprised with the pulpo because it was not chewy and was in fact cooked excellently. The mashed potatoes were perfect with it. It has to be the best pulpo I’ve had in a long time. Atmosphere wise, there are two long tables but it didn’t stop the resto from letting us have one for our date. Our server was very attentive and for some time we felt like we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. I will definitely come back.

Went in to buy gifts. I was well assisted by the staff. If you need really good wine and jamon amd cheeses, Txanton has it. Dining is pretty exclusive and intimate. Like you are in a cellar in Spain. I got stressed sa parking though. Lol

It’s a very nice fine dining restaurant in Markati area. The ibericos tester is good with 6 different kinds to try. The waitress is also very nice to explain the differences between different types of ibericos. The rest of the food are all very nice as well. Everything is nice from starter to dessert. We are sitting at high table which is a bit that comfortable, although it doesn’t affect the food experience.
