Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.

Our suggestion for decanting time is based on bottles we tried at Txanton in 2025. We guarantee that Txanton stocks are imported and maintained in proper storage within the correct temperature and humidity suitable for wine.

Founded in 1999, Prats & Symington is a collaboration between renowned Bordeaux winemaker Bruno Prats and the Symington family. As an independent producer focused on premium dry red wines, the winery has played a key role in elevating the reputation of the Douro DOC, helping to lead the region’s modern quality movement.Post Scriptum is the companion wine to Chryseia, crafted from the same esteemed vineyards. It shares a similar profile, offering vibrant, concentrated fruit with remarkable balance and elegance. Lightly oaked, this wine is smooth, expressive, and perfect for enjoying in its youth.
