Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.

Founded in 1999, Prats & Symington is a collaboration between renowned Bordeaux winemaker Bruno Prats and the Symington family. As an independent producer focused on premium dry red wines, the winery has played a key role in elevating the reputation of the Douro DOC, helping to lead the region’s modern quality movement.Prazo de Roriz is a vibrant red wine known for its fresh raspberry and cherry flavors, accented by the distinctive minerality and peppery spice of the Quinta de Roriz terroir. Sourced also from the nearby Quinta da Perdiz vineyard, it's crafted to be enjoyed young, while still offering the potential to age gracefully for a few years.
The Quinta de Roriz Prazo de Roriz 2021 vintage benefited from one of the coolest growing seasons in recent years, allowing for slow, balanced ripening. The result is a fresh, fruit-forward wine that’s easy to enjoy young, yet offers excellent potential for aging.
