Did you know that the Dehesa de Los Llanos estate dates back to the 17th century and has been a pilgrimage site, a Franciscan convent, and even a residence of Spanish aristocrats before becoming known for its Manchego cheese and Semi-Cured, Cured and Gran Reserva have all received awards at the World Cheese Awards over the years. Each Dehesa de Los Llanos cheese passes through an artisan's hands at least 10 times during its production and maturation.
