Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.

Good To Know: The family and producer behind Azienda Agricola F.lli Cigliuti has always made sure to pay special attention to detail. They give importance to skill, passion, knowledge of terroir and sensitivity when it comes to these wines. All four generations has produced wines with precision and skill which resulted to 30,000 bottles a year.
These wines had been aged for 15 years in Slavonian oak barrels. These were fermented in steel vats which are had well controlled temperatures.
The wine is best served with pasta with meat, grills dish with fries and semi-mature cheeses.
