Dehesa De Los Llanos - Gran Reserva is an artisan Manchego Denominacion de Origen (D.O.) cheese made with raw milk from the Manchego sheep bred on the Dehesa de Los Llanos estate. It is characterized by its natural rind made up of the cheese itself. It has an intense flavor and aroma with a flaky texture. Cured for at least 9 months.

This artisan cheese is the only manchego that was named the World’s Best Cheese at the World Cheese Awards.

This cheese is sliced and packed by professionals in-house. Weight might vary up or down to 80-100g.
