PISTO – STEWED VEGGIES WITH TOMATO
Very healthy cooking of veggies with tomato basic in the spanish gastronomy. Main ingredients: onions, garlic, bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini and homemade tomato sauce.
Good for Vegetarians.
Recommendation from the chef: once it’s defrosted, open bag and put contents in a pan/casserole and heat for 2 minutes on medium heat. If you are in a rush, you can also heat in microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes but kindly note that quality will be higher when heating by stove as the ingredients may suffer a bit when heating in microwave.
Best served with a fried egg on top.
This cooked meal is packed in a vacuum sealed bag and was frozen to ensure freshness.

HOW TO DEFROST?
Defrost inside the vacuum bag. We prefer natural defrost technique just in regular refrigerator camera for 12 to 24 hours as the product keeps perfect consistency, texture and taste.
