Bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures, it boasts a textured surface that beautifully captures sauces. Ideal for seafood-inspired dishes, it pairs perfectly with shrimp and zucchini, or with the fragrant richness of Rustichella d’Abruzzo's "pesto alla Genovese."
