The domaine also incorporates parcels from Domaine Parent, brought in through the marriage of Anne-Françoise and renowned winemaker François Parent. Grapes are hand-harvested, fully destemmed, and fermented after cold maceration in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of aging in oak barrels—ranging from 40% new oak for village wines to 100% for grand crus. All wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered, highlighting purity and precision.
