Jamon Bellota Cubes (Daditos Bellota)

There comes a time when it is not possible to slice the ham any longer because of the bones. However, there's still more jamon remaining attached to them.

After removing them, they is cut into small cubes which we call Daditos. They are intense on the palate and flavorful.
