Multigrain Loaf Frederic Laos 450g

A (frozen) multigrain loaf with a blend of seeds: sesame, brown flax, yellow flax, wheat and sunflower flakes that add to the loaf’s texture. Made with wheat sourdough for a slightly acidic taste. Partially baked in a stone oven.
