Sandwich Ciabatta Olive Oil 140g

A (frozen) sandwich bread which originated in Italy. Made with T65 wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil. This helps with the high moisture levels and long fermentation to bring out a lovely taste and honeycomb texture. This ciabatta bread has a soft crumb and light and crispy crust.
