Good to Know: This is a brandy of over 50 years old. Bodegas Tradicion’s Plantinum brandy was honed and aged for more than half a century in sherry barrels which brought about the extraordinary quality from Palomino grape distillation years ago. This brandy contains all the influence of the wines previously aged on the same barrels and is now conserved as its flavor.
Its flavour notes consists of find toasted notes of nuts, aromatic herbs and spices, cinnamon, liquorice and tobacco. Starting with a semisweet flavor, dry and bitter altogether is strong and well-known. It has a lasting taste and is perfect for leisure and relaxation.
This brandy is best paired with dark chocolate, cocoa beans and medium to strong Havana cigars.
