Good to know: Founded in 1932 by Salvador Bonilla in Ferrol, Galicia, Bonilla a la Vista began as a modest mobile market stall and family-run churro shop before evolving into an internationally recognized gourmet brand. Operating today out of a production facility in Arteixo, A Coruña, the company has maintained its global reputation by adhering strictly to traditional, minimalist production methods. The chips are crafted using only three natural ingredients: thinly sliced Agria potatoes, selected for an optimal starch-to-sugar balance that ensures uniform crispness without burning, which are fried in pure, continuously filtered Spanish olive oil and finished with a light dusting of natural sea salt, entirely free of artificial additives or preservatives.
