Founded in 2001 by Dominique and Florence Decoster after their career in Limoges porcelain, the estate is now led by their son Ludovic and his wife Caroline. In 2024, they established La Maison Cardinale as a unifying identity for Château Fleur Cardinale (Grand Cru Classé) and Château Croix Cardinale (Grand Cru) in Saint-Émilion. Guided by a spirit of complementarity—balancing tradition with innovation—the estate expresses its identity through bold creativity, thoughtful vineyard practices, and a commitment to reimagining the French art of living.
