Originally known as Domaine Jean Boillot, it was reestablished under Henri Boillot in 2005 following his full acquisition of the family holdings. Today, Henri and his son Guillaume lead the domaine, with a shared focus on sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking. Spanning around 14 to 16 hectares across prestigious appellations such as Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay, and Pommard, Domaine Henri Boillot is celebrated for crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines that combine precision, purity, and aging potential.
