Good to know: Legras de Haas is located in the most northern Grand Cru Village in Cote des Blancs, Chouilly. This is where the foundation of the Legraas-Haas family started. The Legras brothers aims to promote their village’s qualities and diversity to ensure a great reputation as one of the Grand Crus of Champagne. This roots from their love for their village.
The Legras et Haas Cuvee Exigence is a blend of a lively and energetic champagne which signifies audacity and meticulousness in the creation of this bottle. Grapes of pinot noir variety frown from Aÿ and chardonnay from Chouilly brings out the aromatic complexity into another level. This bottle doesn’t define itself by a single vintage but by the unique geographical origins where it roots from. A classic and timeless wine which is rich and smooth.
