Inspired by the original pastry recipe of Prats Fatjó from Bacelona by master turronero, Àngel Velasco. At age 14 he started to work following the advice of his teacher to make creamy Almond nougat. 55 years later, the owner of Torrons Vicens has in return prepared this magnificent nougat as gratitude to all those who taught him this craft.
