Our suggestion for decanting time is based on bottles we tried at Txanton in 2024. We guarantee that Txanton stocks are imported and maintained in proper storage within the correct temperature and humidity suitable for wine.
Good to Know: Domaine Noëllat, a Burgundy wine estate, is proudly family-owned like many others in the region. Since its establishment by Félix Noëllat in the 19th century, five generations have continued to lead the twenty-hectare estate.
The Noëllat family is known for their entrepreneurial drive, continuously investing in new technologies while upholding traditional values passed down through the years. Their commitment to progress while honoring their heritage sets them apart in the industry.
