Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.

Originally Sardinian artisan pasta made with durum wheat semolina and water by kneading in earthenware basin. Traditional recipes include Fregola with clams or seafood risotto, lemon zest, turnip greens, cherry tomatoes, garlic, Parmigiano Reggiano. Can also be seasoned with cherry tomatoes, EVOO and Chili.
