As they celebrate 100 years since the inaugural production, they remain dedicated to upholding tradition and excellence in every batch of pasta they create.
This artisan pasta, enriched with squid ink and similar in shape to spaghetti but with a larger diameter, offers a bold twist on a classic. Its rich flavor pairs beautifully with seafood-based sauces featuring rocket and cherry tomatoes, or in a “seas and mountains” combination with prawns and bacon. It also shines with a simple organic tomato and basil sauce, or alongside olives and a generous drizzle of their organic extra virgin olive oil.
