Our suggestion for decanting time is based on bottles we tried at Txanton over 2025. We guarantee Txanton stocks are imported and maintained on a proper storage with right temperature and humidity.
Good to know: Pierre Labet Estate in Beaune has its roots in the city from 15th century. The estate administration center was set at Notre Dame Bastion, impressive building constructed by Vauban on the old city surrounding ramparts
Grand father of current proprietors was the city mayor for period between two world wars and developed this vineyard which covers nowadays 10 hectares at Beaune in different climates, at Savigny les Beaune, at Meursault, Gevrey Chambertin and at Chorey les Beaune where is the vine that produce our red Bourgogne.
