The Bibbiano Chianti Classico Riserva 2021 is a refined and structured Sangiovese sourced from the Montornello vineyards of the historic Tenuta di Bibbiano. Organically farmed and aged for 18 months in concrete and used French oak, it reveals deep ruby tones and expressive aromas of wild cherry, red herbs, tobacco, clove, and a touch of leather. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a spicy, persistent finish. This Riserva offers a classic and elegant expression of Chianti Classico, ideal for pairing with Tuscan staples like grilled lamb, pasta with ragù, or aged cheeses.
