Our suggestion for decanting time is based on bottles we tried at Txanton in 2025. We guarantee that Txanton stocks are imported and maintained in proper storage within the correct temperature and humidity suitable for wine.
Good to Know: The Burgundy appellation red wine presents a cherry red hue, beautifully intensified with deep ruby reflections. A vibrant bouquet of cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry is discernible to the nose, subtly accompanied by gentle hints of pomegranate and peony. On the palate, it demonstrates elegance and softness, characterized by fine tannins and a sappy fruitiness. The finish is neatly contoured, tending towards a fresh and light delight.
This wine's vivacity and fruity undertones make it an exceptional companion for your aperitifs. It charmingly complements a mixed selection of cold meats and cheeses, a delicately prepared gourmet salad, and a creative warm sandwich, generating a delightful gastronomical experience.
