Laurent Ponsot’s Meursault “Cuvée du Pandoréa” 2022 is a finely crafted Chardonnay sourced from 15 parcels across the Meursault appellation. Bottled at 12.5%, it displays a pale golden color and a layered bouquet of toasted almonds, hazelnuts, hawthorn blossom, verbena, citrus, honey, and flint. On the palate, it offers a harmonious blend of richness and freshness, with a silky texture, vibrant acidity, and a long, saline finish. This expressive white Burgundy balances nutty depth with mineral precision, making it an excellent match for seafood, creamy cheeses, or richly flavored poultry.

I first visited without notice to scout the venue for a business meeting, and they kindly showed me around. This time, I returned for a private dinner.

Communication via WhatsApp was seamless and friendly, allowing us to pre-order the Gambas al Ajillo and Cochinillo. The Gambas was cooked to perfection with amazing flavor, and the Cochinillo was a masterpiece—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.
