Family-run since 1931, the domaine farms naturally and harvests by hand, producing wines with purity, depth, and a strong sense of place. Dauvissat holds parcels in prestigious Grand Cru vineyards like Les Clos and Les Preuses, along with notable Premier Crus including La Forêt, Montmains, and Vaillons. Traditional methods such as whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, and aging in old oak barrels help shape the wines’ signature texture and structure while maintaining their mineral-driven style.
