Paride Iaretti Gattinara “Pietro” 2019 is a refined and traditional expression of Nebbiolo from the volcanic soils of Gattinara. Sourced from old vines averaging 50 years, the wine is fermented in stainless steel with gentle extraction methods, followed by natural malolactic fermentation and aging for 36 months in large tonneaux. It reveals a garnet-red color with orange reflections and offers elegant aromas of rose, violet, dried fruits, and soft spices. On the palate, it is dry and harmonious, with refined tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, savory finish marked by minerality. With the ability to age gracefully for over a decade, it stands as a structured and soulful wine that pairs beautifully with game, red meats, and mature cheeses.
