A company engaged in the importation, distribution and retailing of fine wines, premium foods and exclusive accessories. Operations are handled through the hub in Makati City where you can find a premium shop with Spanish restaurant and wine bar integrated. Txanton is considered the first jamoneria in the Philippines and it’s the ideal venue to immerse in learning about jamón iberico.

Ratings: More than 150 awards in 9 years!!!! Obtained since 2009 until 2018. Consistently since 2012, It has been part of the 10 best Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the world.
Serving: Try it always in low temperature to keep its properties. Better for cold use as it’s a variety quite soft and fruity, and it doesn’t resist the high temperatures as well as other types. Perfect for dressing salads, goat cheese, pasta, marinades, cold soups like Spanish gazpacho and maybe just to use it raw on toasted bread.
Good to know: This olive oil is carefully selected by the master taster and blender. The first oils produced between the end of October and beginning of November from Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Picual varieties. These oils are stored in 2000L tanks where they are analyzed and then selected in varying quantities and blended to create a superb olive oil with a limited production. Olives are early harvested (75-80% still green).
The dream of this small company was to make their own extra virgin olive oil and market it under their own brand in order to obtain a high quality product and added value. Finally they decided to acquire an old oil mill that dated back to 1925, which was unique in Almería and had been abandoned since the 1970s.
