DOWNLOAD TECHNICAL SHEET

Extremely delicate fruity flavour, this olive oil is made mainly with the varieties of Arbequina and Sabatera from 439 olive trees planted in different plots of the 135 that make up the farm Can Marti in Penedès.

Torelló Arbequina and Sabatera Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500 ml) is produced on the historic Can Martí estate in Penedès, Catalonia—home to 439 centennial olive trees owned by the Torelló family since 1395. Certified organic, this superior-category oil is crafted from a blend of Arbequina—the most emblematic olive of Catalonia—and the rare Sabatera variety, native to the Alt Penedès. Harvested by hand in late October and cold-pressed purely by mechanical means, it achieves an exceptionally low acidity of just 0.16%, preserving all its freshness, aroma, and nutritional properties.

With vibrant notes of citrus, ripe apple, balsamic herbs, white pepper, and a touch of spice, this extra virgin olive oil offers a lively yet harmonious profile that elevates any dish. Perfect for drizzling over salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, or fresh bread, it’s an award-winning expression of craftsmanship that brings the essence of Catalonia’s terroir to your kitchen.

I first visited without notice to scout the venue for a business meeting, and they kindly showed me around. This time, I returned for a private dinner.

Communication via WhatsApp was seamless and friendly, allowing us to pre-order the Gambas al Ajillo and Cochinillo. The Gambas was cooked to perfection with amazing flavor, and the Cochinillo was a masterpiece—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside.

The timing of the service was impeccable. Thank you for a beautiful evening. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back ☺️
